Coinciding with a new organizational structure that will
facilitate a more client-centric set of solution offerings and delivery model, Sophisticated Systems,
Inc. (SSI) welcomes the addition of several new members of its leadership team, including the
addition of a new Chief Financial Officer as well as two dedicated Business Development
executives.

Steve Boyle has joined SSI as the company’s CFO, bringing extensive experience in helping to lead
growing firms expand with strong financial processes that support business transformation. His
addition will ensure SSI’s ability to support anticipated future growth more efficiently and
effectively from a financial perspective.

In addition to Steve, SSI has hired Daniel Tekle, who will lead our market expansion across all
Commercial Industry sectors, and Angela Ramos Fields, who will be responsible for our Public
Sector client relationships including K – 12 and Higher Education. Together with a newlyintegrated
Solutions and Delivery organization led by Zach Evans, Managing Director, they
collectively will be responsible for bringing SSI’s new client-centric strategy to the Central Ohio
market.
